Abertay University, in Dundee, is the UK University of the Year for Teaching Quality (The Times & Sunday Times Good University Guide 2021) and a UK top 10 institution for both student satisfaction and teaching (Guardian University Guide 2021). Having launched the world’s first degrees in Computer Games, we’ve been ranked the #1 in Europe 6 years running (Princeton Review). In fact, an Abertay student created Grand Theft Auto and the game originated in the city, a hub for Scotland’s booming games industry.
