Capilano University is a public university based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with a regional campus in Sechelt that serves the communities of the Sunshine Coast.
The University is named after Chief Joe Capilano, an important leader of the Squamish Nation of the Coast Salish people. Each year, approximately 11,600 students enrolls at CapU, where students are offered more than 100 programs, including 12 bachelor's degrees.
