Established in 1900, Dominican University College (DUC) is a public, first-class research university located in Ottawa, Canada’s national capital. The university offers an inspiring learning environment where every student contributes mentally, physically, and emotionally to making the university a stimulating and innovative place of study.
The university is accredited by the Ontario Government and is a member of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (A.U.C.C.). It grants civil bilingual (English and French) degrees in Philosophy and Theology and is formally affiliated with Carleton University. All degrees granted by DUC are conjoint with Carleton University and students have an opportunity to enroll in classes on both campuses.
