Oslo University College (OUC) offers the broadest portfolio of professional studies available in Norway. The teaching is founded on research and characterised by a close interaction between students and academic staff. Oslo University College has more than 50 academic degrees in the following areas: Business Administration, Engineering, Fine Art, Design, Drama, Health Sciences, Media Studies, Social Sciences, and Teacher Education. Oslo University College's main campus in Pilestredet is conveniently located in the centre of Oslo, the capital of Norway. Oslo University College is a young, dynamic institution based on strong traditions. It was established in 1994 when the Norwegian college system was restructured and 18 smaller colleges in the Oslo area merged. Therefore, many of OUC's degree programmes date back to the 19th century.
