Located on the island of Saba in the Caribbean, Saba University provides a highly credentialed, well established and affordable MD program. Saba was established in 1992 with a bold vision to establish an international alternative to U.S. and Canadian medical schools, and since our founding we’ve helped over 3,000 graduates achieve their ambitions of becoming a doctor. Testament to this are the excellent residency placements our graduates consistently attain and the 99% USMLE Step 1 first time pass rate that our students achieve each year. To ensure our students continue to achieve these excellent results, we offer small class sizes and a systems-based curriculum taught by our expert faculty, all of whom hold an advanced medical and/or doctoral degree with postgraduate training in a medical or academic specialty. Additionally, our students have access to our state-of-the-art facilities including cadavers, labs and a fully equipped medical library. Through our teaching and facilities, you’ll be well prepared to take on your clinical rotations and subsequent residency placement.
