The Shinjuku Japanese Language Institute was founded in 1975 and is accredited by the Japanese Ministry of Education and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
The school applies distinctive educational methods that emphasize the auditory aspects of the language. Its system is dynamic: flexible and practical. In the early stages, teachers put emphasis on communicative abilities and don’t shield students from the real language, as the school believes that using romaji and children’s Japanese only hinders students in the end.
