The Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw has been one of the most frequently chosen public universities in Poland. At present, there are 10 600 students studying at 12 faculties. The University offers studies in Humanities as well as in Science and Medicine. Students can choose from a wide scope of degree programmes. The University also participates in many scholarship programmes. Since 2000, it has been participating in the ERASMUS programme, and since 2014 in the ERASMUS +, offering opportunities for studying abroad. Students also have the possibility to be awarded national scholarships at 19 Polish universities in the MOST student mobility programme.The UKSW is a public university, and as such is a vital link of the public system of science and higher education in Poland. We see our Homeland as the superior common good of all citizens and we want to bring in our contribution to it according to our capabilities.
