The Technological and Higher Education Institute (THEi) is a member of institutions of Vocational Training Council (VTC), the largest vocational and professional education and training organisation in Hong Kong. Higher Education with a Difference THEi is Hong Kong’s higher education institution with a difference. As a new generation institute with a focus on applied arts and sciences, THEi offers vocationally and professionally oriented degree programmes, which are innovative and much needed by industries. Its “Learn and Do” approach enables students to apply specialized knowledge and skills to practical issues.
