The master's degree in Company and Business Law is an advanced program that provides specialized and multidisciplinary training to those wishing to become experts in commercial, civil, labour and tax aspects of the law as it relates to the operational activities of a company or business. It also provides an introduction to research activity that can be pursued further under the doctoral program in Law. The degree program encompasses the compulsory and optional subjects necessary to provide each student with the flexibility to fully develop his or her specific academic interests; this allows orientation toward specific degree pathways through the selection of optional subjects grouped in a range of areas related to the compulsory subject areas.
