This programme is for civil engineers who work in local authorities, in road design offices and in consultancies and who need to carry out or understand road safety audits. From 2013, all road safety auditors will need to have a certificate of competence to carry out road safety audits on the Irish Tern network. Satisfactory completion of this course and the associated assessment will provide that certificate.
