This LLM programme seeks to equip students with the necessary education to lead as lawyers , barristers and civil servants to build commercial structures and enterprises to enable sustainable development, as envisaged by the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (2015), the EU Sustainable Development Strategy (2001), and the US's NEPA (1970). It provides an education combining Business Law with acumen in Sustainable Development, ecological Protection, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
