The presence of training activities related to nautical sports in the University of Almería is unquestionable. First of all, because of its proximity to the sea and, in secondly, because of the job possibilities offered by this type of activity to their graduates in the province of Almería, where nautical tourism has grown significantly in recent years. One of the activities that has experienced the greatest growth in the Almería province is canoeing in its kayak route format. So much so, that this type of activities in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar have had to be limited in regarding the number of boats and paddlers per company in order to reduce the impact environmental impact on said natural area. For the correct development of the activities of Guided in the aquatic environment it is necessary to master different practical and teaching skills, as well as respecting the basic measures of safety and conservation of the environment. For All this, this training activity will try to deepen on all these aspects, ending with the experience and analysis of this type of activities in a real context such as a kayak route in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park.
