This programme is designed to prepare students for professions which depend upon an advanced awareness of issues of theology and religion, and allow them to better appreciate the significance of these issues in contemporary society; students become critically acquainted with the sources of theology, such as scriptural writings, historical traditions and doctrinal issues, and students examine the importance of the sociological and cultural background; the programme also provides ideal preparation for further research.
