Business and Law | Master's degree | Law | On Campus | 4 years | The University of Edinburgh | United Kingdom
The main focus of our business programmes is on the management of organisations. They examine the theories and methods behind management and explore the relationships between people, organisations and their environment with an international perspective. The combination of business and law gives students an excellent grounding for careers in business, financial services and the legal profession, as well as the public and voluntary sectors. There are important connections between the law, in particular in property rights and contracting, and business practices. This programme reflects the global, dynamic climate of contemporary business and management, offering specialist courses in a range of business and legal subjects with the law component grounded in Scots law and the Scots legal system. You will also be made familiar with the law and legal systems of the other parts of the UK, the European Union and the wider world.
