This Degree is multidisciplinary and transversal, by including an interesting combination of proper disciplines of physical activity and sports sciences (Sport Training, Planning, Physical Conditioning, Injury Prevention, Physical Activity and Health, Fitness, Recreation, Specific Didactics, Soccer, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Athletics"¦), which are the target of this Higher Education. To understand them, other complementary disciplines of Social Sciences and Humanities (Pedagogy, History, Sociology, psychology") and Experimental-Health Sciences (Anatomy, physiology, Biomechanics, Nutrition") are specifically applied to Physical Activity and Sports. The students' learning is very wide and complete, in accordance to the role of Physical Activity and Sports in the Society. Hence, the students will be able to program, plan and manage Sportsmen, Teams, Sport Societies and Enterprises, and also will be able to design and organize physical exercise for Health, for physical and sport performance, and social and cultural integration.
