This doctoral programme equips students to conduct research on contemporary social issues from a legal methodology perspective. Specifically, it focuses on the present situation and future evolution of legislation in the following areas of research: dependents, productive activity and globalisation, employability and entrepreneurship policies, social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, public policy funding, public-private partnerships and the challenge of cultural diversity.
