The course is designed for students with 2 types of ambition: those seeking a career as practitioners in both domestic and international banks, at central banks, or in consultancy; as well as those who intend to pursue an academic or research career in the field. The course will enable students to develop skills in the analysis of financial institutions and instruments, markets, consumer demands and competition, and provide them with a conceptual and theoretical grounding in current concepts and techniques in banking, policy, economics and risk management, and associated areas.
