On this forward-thinking course, you continue to work full-time at your organisation, who may sponsor you while you study for an exciting career incorporating management and leadership. You’ll continue your employment while learning key skills and applying theory to practice to step up your career. The programme is designed to reflect the increasing emphasis on management skills and abilities, and you’ll be expected to develop key business skills, identify new business opportunities and communicate clearly to a range of audiences. Taught in three one-week blocks throughout the year, this course allows you to focus on your studies for specific periods, before returning to your career. You'll be given advanced notice of when these study blocks will take place.
