This programme is recognised within New Zealand. This intensive 34 week programme will equip learners with the knowledge and skills required in all advanced aspects of hairdressing. Assessments of unit standards Levels 3 and 4 will take place. Most training days are a full day of practical, both on mannequins and clients, with theory sessions each week. As time goes on, the majority of practical work will be completed on clients and/or models. It is a condition of enrolment for all students to have all Level 1 and 2 unit standards in the New Zealand National Certificate of Hairdressing.
