This flexible course is a part-time Masters level course for those who wish to enhance their effectiveness and confidence in the workplace. It provides a rounded introduction to the principles of management and is designed to have immediate relevance and application in your current role whilst also providing potential for future progression in both study and career. The course allows you to achieve a Masters level qualification in three stages, or leave and re-join after the Certificate or Diploma stages. Once you have the Diploma, all you need to achieve the MA is to complete the module in Research Skills and a management research report. The teaching hours are designed to have minimal impact on the working day and additional study is undertaken in your own time, so you can study while working, and won't need ask your employer to release you for significant amounts of time. You can, however, still benefit from regular contact with lecturers, tutors and your fellow students.
