Wales is a research area within which you can focus your studies as part of our suite of Politics and International Relations research programs (MPhil, PhD). The School has an exceptionally strong research culture with a strong reputation for the quality of the research produced and the growing number of research grants it is attracting. Politics and Law are home to the Wales Governance Centre and have close connections with the National Assembly for Wales. The School offers supervision across a wide range of research topics, including British politics Comparative politics Constitutional politics Devolution Electoral politics Europeanisation Governance Identity politics Political parties & party politics Public policy Territorial politics Welsh politics. The modules shown are an example of the typical curriculum and will be reviewed prior to the academic year. The final modules will be published by September.
