The HND in Creative Sound Design for Film and Gaming develops the essential skills, knowledge and understanding required to succeed in employment in the Creative Industries. Practically designed the course will support students in becoming a well-rounded professional balancing a strong mix of creative and technical skills. Students will gain industry insight and they will be able to take advantage of specialist audio software to design and create sounds, as well as compose music to a variety of different situations.The course is vocationally designed, allowing students to gain valuable industry experience. Learning will be achieved through supported workshops and guest lectures from industry personnel. Creative sound offers entry into an incredibly diverse range of careers. Previous students have gone on to work for well-known publishers, recording studios and independently create for TV and film.
