The 4-year Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine program is one of the most comprehensive programs in acupuncture, herbolofy, and biomedicine. The doctoral program includes 171 total credits and has a Master's degree embedded. You will learn acupuncture and herbolofy extensively (361 regular points, 300 herbs, 200 formulas), along with tai-chi and qi-gong, tui-na, biomedical sciences, professional development, integrated medicine, clinical medicine studies, and clinical training. In addition, the college has a very strong clinical training program that includes observation opportunities at Houston Methodist Hospitals and hospitals in China.
