This program is designed to acquaint students with ASL and with an understanding of the culture and history of the people who use the Language. It will also encourage them to appreciate the complexities of the multicultural society in which they live. Students will acquire the necessary sign language skills to succeed in everyday life experiences, vocational programs, and university transfer courses.
