Midwifery Studies with Registration as a Midwife | Bachelor's degree | Health & Well-Being | On Campus | 3 years | King's College London | United Kingdom
The Midwifery BSc at King’s offers the opportunity for students who are not registered nurses to study for professional registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. The programme will equip you with the skills to become a competent midwifery practitioner who is confident in promoting high-quality, evidence-based maternity care to women, babies and families.
We emphasise the distinct role and responsibilities of midwives working within public health and inter-professional teams in maternity services. There are opportunities to explore local, national and international contexts of maternal health and to undertake an elective at the end of year three.
