This course will allow you to refresh your technical skills and develop new ways of thinking about current issues in both management and financial accounting. You will examine the latest techniques being used in industry, looking at real life case studies and comparing these to the practices used within your own workplace. Working with fellow students, you will also look at the growing importance of financial reporting, discussing accounting standards and how these could be developed to improve your own organisation’s fiscal statements.
