This programme offers students flexibility and the opportunity to design their own degree programme. The programme seeks to include as much choice as possible, enabling students to tailor the course to meet their own individual needs. A ‘negotiated study module’ is available as an option choice and allows students even greater flexibility by enabling them to explore an area of law selected by them and to examine its application through detailed student led critical analysis. Although students are encouraged to work independently, help and advice can be sought as required.
