An Extended Degree is a structured 4 year programme, where the 1st year is designed to prepare you with the necessary knowledge and skills to undertake a degree-level course. On completion of this preparatory year you'll have the opportunity to continue your studies with LSBU in any of our Computing and Informatics courses. The Extended Degree is therefore not freestanding. Instead you should think of it as year 1 of a 4 year period of study leading to the award of a BSc (Hons) in Computing.
