The Dietetic Service Supervisor Certificate is directed towards individuals who are looking to be employed as Dietetic Service Supervisors who function as managers/ supervisors and nutritional care specialists in health care and nutrition related facilities. The Certificate program aims to teach participants the theory and principle of clinical nutrition care and how to manage a Healthcare Kitchen to industry standards. Students will also learn how to develop and conduct a nutrition presentation within a community agency as identified by the American Dietetic Association. Upon completion of the Dietetic Service Supervisor Certificate students will be able to pursue careers in positions such as food service directors of health care facilities or administrators.
