This dynamic programme will stimulate your entrepreneurial spirit and challenge and equip you to be a first-class designer. We’ll encourage you to understand commercial opportunities and develop your own design personality and attitudes towards style and taste in the textile and surface pattern design world. Developing projects from design research, through to development, fabric printing and production, you’ll refine both your design and craft skills whilst expanding your knowledge of materials, printing techniques and processes. You’ll have your own workstation in our open studios, which house 32.5 metres of printing tables, a dye laboratory for mixing print colours, digital printers and scanners, AVA software, WGSN’s fashion trend forecasting and design tools, large format sublimation printer and transfer press.
