This program is designed for students who have been in the essential or workplace stream in high school and want to further their career or workplace skills. Completion of this one-year program will provide the learner with a college certificate.Key Features include: clearly defined occupational goals; the ability to exercise interpersonal and social skills; extensive health and safety training; strategies for team building; job search skills; and employability skills applicable to various occupational settings.
