The Summer School in Engineering and Science is an opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students from all over the world to enhance their academic profiles with a rigorous and challenging academic experience at Israel’s oldest university and premier center for science, technology and applied research. Students may enroll in one advanced course chosen from a variety of engineering and science fields in addition to one academic course on Israeli culture. These advanced courses are taught by Technion’s top level faculty at cutting-edge facilities. The program offers courses from different disciplines, such as Image Processing and Analysis; Introduction to Machine Learning (Electrical Engineering); Advanced Inorganic Chemistry; Landscape and Environment (Architecture) and The Web as a Learning Environment (Digital Education). Technion was recently ranked 1st in Digital Education Worldwide (Times Higher Education). In order to enrich the learning experience, the program offers social and cultural activities as well, both on and off campus, lectures and tours of the major Israeli tourist attractions.
