Kanrin Japanese School was founded in 1987. The school is one of the oldest Japanese language schools in the Yokohama area, authorized by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education. The school has about 400 students from more than 30 countries: USA, England, France, Italy, Sweden, Germany, Russia, Israel, Thailand, Korea, China, Vietnam, Senegal etc. While studying Japanese, students have the chance to get to know people from all over the world. This gives Kanrin Japanese School school an international atmosphere. More than 60 teachers, well-experienced and qualified in teaching, are holding great classes every day. There are classes in several levels, so that students can start studying in the most suitable class for their language level. 6 months after beginning of classes all students are able to not only write and read Japanese, but also have daily conversations.
