This course covers the analysis of processes of social and cultural change especially in the early modern and modern worlds from a material perspective; students study contemporary theory and practice across the range of historical Archaeology; applicants engage with a range of sources (material, textual, representational, oral) available to scholars examining the Archaeology of the last 500 years from a global perspective.
