This course is based on the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model’s nine dimensions of leadership behaviours. Studying this course will give leaders and aspiring leaders the practical skills and knowledge to work confidently in developing safe, high-quality clinical care and support services. This course provides you with critical appraisals of current policy, ideas, case studies and innovative practice. This course allows you to directly apply learning to your practice through the live assessments and projects and the personal development plan that you will produce.
