This MSc in Applied Clinical Nutrition is intended for frontline health professionals who provide advice to the public about nutrition-related aspects of health and disease. It has been developed to meet the growing need for community and acute care professionals to have a fundamental knowledge of nutrition, as they become increasingly tasked with the responsibility to provide nutritional support and advice. You will acquire an in-depth knowledge of the relationship between diet and disease, from the molecular to the population level, and discover the nutrients required throughout each stage of the life cycle to maintain optimal health status.
