At the International Business programme of Avans is possible. The four-year International Business program prepares you for a role in international management. Courses are structured according to themes which are closely linked to real-life business practices. You will work on projects that are based on real business processes to gain hands-on experience. In the first year, you will acquire basic knowledge and skills that you need to apply later during your studies and professional life. Subjects are centered around marketing, finance, business research and management. In year 2, apart from the internship, you will be able to deepen your knowledge into subjects like marketing, project management, and corporate culture. The third year deals with international business operations, focusing on economic, legal, financial and management processes, and you are able to choose for a semester abroad or a minor. In your final year, you will work towards your graduation project in an international company. For students with excellent academic performance, you might be eligible to do a double degree in one of our partner universities in Germany, France, Italy and Mexico during the third and fourth year.
