Mandarin Chinese can be studied at beginner or GCSE level but if you wish to study the course at post A-level, you'll need an A-level in Mandarin Chinese. You'll develop excellent language skills as well as a broad understanding of Chinese culture and society. This course is ideal for anyone who wishes to understand the history, political and social aspects of two modern languages. It is also ideal for anyone who would like to widen their understanding of other languages and cultures. You’ll get the opportunity to either work or study in Spain or South America during your third year to practically apply your learning. This course will help you to gain an impressive communicative skill whilst developing your accuracy and fluency of Spanish.
