The training objectives in the Degree in Chemical Engineering are aimed at achieving knowledge in design of processes and products, including the conception, calculation, analysis, construction, commissioning and operation of equipment and facilities where processes are carried out with changes in composition, of state or of energetic content, characteristic of the chemical industry and of other related sectors like the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, alimentary or environmental. These objectives will be carried out in terms of economy, rational and efficient use of resources, safety, quality and conservation of the environment.
