The Bachelor in Physiotherapy is designed for individuals who would like to pursue a successful career as physiotherapists, and who are energetic, socially skilled, disciplined and interested in medical subjects. Saxion are proud of the department of physiotherapy, which has had a high standard of internationalisation for over ten years and is reflected in the presence of a large amount of foreign students and foreign projects. The physiotherapy Program is designed according to international measures and has agreements with international partners which allows for exchange of both students and teachers. The Bachelor in Physiotherapy has a very personal approach with a special international team of teachers guiding students through their education and the provide participants with everything needed in order to become a physiotherapist. Upon completion of the Bachelor in Physiotherapy graduates can look forward to working as a physiotherapist in a wide range of settings including rehabilitation centres, nursing homes, private practices, hospitals and work related health care institutes.
