There is an increasing demand in the Real Estate and Facility sector for highly trained managers with an academic background. These managers are indispensable when it comes to drawing up business strategies and policy developments. The master degree Program in Facility and Real Estate Management challenges you to prepare for current and future developments in the industry. Over the course of a year, you will study management visions and techniques in both a facility and a real estate context. The twelve month full-time course are offered to a group of international students, among with a number of Dutch students. Students attend a wide variety of lectures, given by our academic staff and by experts working in the Facility and Real Estate field. After completing the master Program, graduates will be experts in Facility and Real Estate Management at strategic management level. They will be qualified to work as housing advisors, as facility managers or as real estate managers.
