Occupational Therapy | Bachelor's degree | Health & Well-Being | On Campus | 3 years | Oxford Brookes University | United Kingdom
Occupational therapists work to enhance the daily life skills of people with physical, mental health or social needs. The course at Oxford Brookes offers a student-centred approach to learning, integrating occupational therapy theory and components of the biological, behavioural, social and medical sciences. You will learn to critically assess clients' skills and occupations in order to enhance and promote their performance within their unique environments. You will also learn the technical, practical, managerial and communication skills necessary to enter practice. Some of your learning will take place in our clinical simulation suites, which include a dedicated Activities of Daily Living and orthotics suite.
